Shouldn't it be "I have new dresses"

Both are correct, depending of the context.

The male speaker says ”stōlas nōvas hābeo”, but the correct pronunciation is ”stolās novās habeō”.

If the alternative ‘I have new dresses’ is also correct, why is it marked wrong!!! There is no context from which to judge it.
