Duolingo in Schools?

I use Duolingo daily and I have learned a lot from it. I would like to use DuoLingo with my middle school students.

Has Duolingo considered a K-12 version that would allow a school to set up a managed environment with student accounts grouped in classes?

Yes, Duolingo will most likely offer an option to create and manage small groups so that our free tool can be used in classes.

I will talk to my team about it and make sure that idea will get discussed.

Thank you!

Not just for schools but for any organization with members who can benefit from learning another language.

I am preparing a presentation of Duolingo for second language teachers. When, and If I become a teacher, I will like to incorporate Duolingo into the program> I believe it is a great tool for students to get extra practice outside the classroom. By the way, I am talking about college students.

Personally, I don't think students should be allowed into a publicly funded foreign language class until they have competed a Duo course.
