Friending Glitch!!!!!!! (troubleshooting)

Almost everyday, I get re-friended by the same person. I asked why but they said that they were not re-friending me. Is this a glitch that happens when someone logs in or when they change devices?

Please fix this because it gets annoying

You have troubleshooting in your subject, but this is still in the Duolingo forum. You need to actually select a different forum to put it in.
