Again, I am taking exception to your use of "pretty", and I should have given in to my preference to call it "nice-looking"; you are over-using "pretty"; it sounds to me like the use of it in the term "pretty boy".
Event though pretty is definitely not the one and only possible translation here, I would not translate جَميل by nice-looking. I'd rather say جَميل = beautiful.
"كَراجِك جَميل وَجَديد يا سامْية." = "Your garage is beautiful and new, Samia"
