Too many requests error

Upon attempting to log into my other account, I am greeted with a white screen with simple text stating, "Too many requests". I'm not sure how this occurred but it happened for the first time last week. I do not use any user scripts and have attempted to log into my account via other methods and even tried on other computers. Attempting to use my account on the app would result in either a failed login attempt or lessons being unable to load.

I would like to not lose my account but I am out of ideas and would like to seek assistance.

Maybe you opened too many sessions and you are already logged in too many places (the number of opened sessions may be limited, I don't know). Try to ask for help here https://support.duolingo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. But it seems you are logged in the forums from a browser, so you can press Learn in the left side of page and you will enter in the web app. To reinstall the app on mobile may be a solution. Try to use a limited set of devices and get used to logout when done.

This may be obvious, but maybe if you log out, uninstall the app, re-install it (with updates), then login again - who knows? Maybe it'll magically appear! (here's hoping...) Good Luck!
