Duolingo Plus trial, says it will charge me tomorrow, can't cancel.
I did the 7 day trial for Plus.
It says it's going to charge me for a year tomorrow, and there's no option anywhere for me to cancel on either desktop (Windows 10, Chrome) or on Android (either app or the subscriptions in app store).
This is extremely stressful, as I would like to eat this week. Please help!

Have you tried to do what is written in the last sentence of the last paragraph (submit a bug report)?
Did you signup on web, Android Google Play or IOS Apple store?
Presumably, Android Google Play would be the only way they would have any financial information of mine. I do not remember on which/what device I made the Duolingo account. I assume I accepted the trial thing on Android as well, however, I have been unable to find a subscription to cancel via any of the support type links (follow the steps type deals that have been linked here, and elsewhere).
Lesson (hopefully) learned:
Don't give mastercard / payment info to services for a trial account with a specific longer contract.
Theoretically, you could have also chosen monthly.

Especially if you do not have the money (yearly payment) already available you should not subscribe for a one-time yearly installment!
Why do you even try to sign up to ANYTHING when you firstly need the money for food?
I also have no idea why you want to pay within a only 7 days trial phase (ends too soon, products must be able to be tested for a lot longer like 30-90 days) if you can use the www.duolingo.com web portal (without health) for free.
There are not too many services available (on web), no premium content (upper-intermediate / advanced courses, formal grammar videos) and zero user customization settings to be finally able to turn OFF multiple-choice and "fill the word into the blank" type exercises.
You can also not change the typing ratio for L2 target -> L1 English/native or L1 EN -> L2 target language translations.
Personally I think that with (all) those lacking features including a missing "power review system" to catch up with DEAD words (strenght 0.0....) it is a bit harder to rectify a "Duolingo Plus" subscription - especially on the web portal.
I hope staff is working on these as improvements for the next 1-2 years.
To clear things up for you:
This is a TRIAL, with a specific timeline. I did not exceed that time, and I want my TRIAL to not become a purchase.
If you had liked the 7 day trial, would you have purchased Duo? If so, how would you have paid for food? If not, why did you sign up for a free trial of any type if you had no intention of buying the product if you liked it?
My point is not to support Duo here; I agree with everything Thomas Heiss said. Notice I don't have a Plus account. My point is that money is hard to come by, and unless you 1. are truly interested in a product 2. believe the trial period provides you with enough time to decide about the product's merits and 3. have the funds readily available to spend, DON'T sign up for free trials of anything.
I hope you managed to cancel your Plus account.
