I thought the guy was saying Histores, so i typed that and it says i was correct, even though my answer was obviously wrong.
I did hear the same: "Histores" instead of "Pistores", typed "Histores" and was surprised buy the answer being correct and translated as "Bakers".
Me too, some audios are difficult to understand. Sometimes the accent doesn't help, even more for me that the natural language is portuguese.
In that case you should report that your answer shouldn't be accepted.
the fiiference between pictores and pistores cannot be heard
I also had trouble understanding the audio, but mine was a completely different problem: I just couldn't make out what the very first letter of the sentence was. I've reported it as "The audio does not sound correct".
...but Elvis has left...
Put your hands up everybody because the bakers are in the building
I was under the impression that "Pistor" was a Miller or a baker?
The reader's final 'a' sounds like 'or' to me . There are a large number of listen and type the same thing in these last 2 lessons. Makes workihg from phone and tablet very difficult
