Why "E palaki i ka niho i kēlā me kēia lā" for Bursh teeth daily and "E palaki niho" for Bursh teeth? Is "I palaki i ka niho" wrong? Or is "E palaki niho" a contraction of "E palaki i ka niho"?

Why would teeth not be plural using nā niho?
