Wanafunzi wanasafisha is not accepted, instead DL wants Wanafunzi wanafanya usafi. What is the difference, if any? [In School lesson].

OK, that makes sense! However, there are many examples in this course where kusafisha is used without an object: hence the confusion by us learners.

Unaenda kusafisha.

Mama anapenda kusafisha. [does she, really?]

some of them definitely need fixing. I'm just flashing back to my English and Swahili teachers being like, if a reader is ask 'what?', i.e. 'anasafisha nini?', then your sentence is not complete
