The course is newly in beta, so there are bound to be some clearly correct translations that aren't accepted. Report them where you notice them and they'll be added soon enough. :) I've reported a bunch and gotten a number of emails noting that they're now accepted—this team is clearly on top of it.

Yes it is quite normal. It doesn't have to mean that the person is funny (= makes one laugh), merely that he/she is enjoyable company
