Cancel Plus Subscription Instructions Do Not Work
I am trying to cancel my Plus subscription before the week long free trail ends because it did not work as expected. However I am unable to cancel it. I signed up on the web so must cancel via web. Instructions state that there is a cancel subscription button in settings but it is not there. I am using iPhone tried Safari and Chrome on iPhone. I want to cancel Plus subscription because I downloaded the lessons to study during a long flight. I tested at home by turning off wifi and cellular. But when I got on the plane the lessons would not load stating I am not on line. I want o keep my account and progress but I do not need Plus. Pease help.
Make sure to save the screen which confirms that your Plus subscription has been cancelled.
Also make a copy of the e-mail, if you received one.
