The voice when you click 'toilichte' is so cute, sounds like a kid maybe?

What a dear child. When will I see my Scots grand daughter again.

Can this be broken down into parts including the same 'toil' as in 'is toil leam... ?' If so, does the 'ichte' suffix make things into adjectives, or is its application more nuanced? (I'm on mobile and can't see the tips for Gàidhlig.)
