"Were you all right?" should CERTAINLY be accepted. "OK" is common, of course, but very colloquial.

Why is "cha" pronounced like that on this question? There was one other question with this completely different pronunciation. It sounds like a completely different word.
I said "were you ok? No". Voice to text changed were to where.
