How do I get to decide if I have to say 'Rajul' or 'Rajulun'.... And 'binta' or 'bintin'... Its different everytime

indefinite words always have "un" or "in" or "an"... the one above is no exception. But if you add the word to another definite adjective, the word itself, though indefinite, becomes definite. Like saying: رجل البيت: the man of the house, or the house's man. No "un" there.
