"The sweet potatoes are at the house."

Translation:Aia nā ʻuala ma ka hale.

It seems Aia .... ma go together in our sentences

Why do you uss ma here instead of i?

I'm relatively new but I think ma means "in". The i is a place marker in front of the object of the sentence (which I think is the sweet potatoes not the house). I am delighted to learn and be corrected.
