Two different pronunciations: dèanav and dèanoo. Is this a regional thing, or a personal preference?

dèanav is more common. Although as caran-neonach said the media use dèanoo as most of them are from Lewis.

Regional (typically Lewis), though I think spreading as it's often heard in the media.
