"There is good weather in Turkey."

Translation:Tha sìde mhath anns an Tuirc.

December 15, 2019

If anns an here is for 'in the Turkey' where is the 'ann' for the 'there' in there is good weather

Could you have "Tha deagh sìde anns an Tuirc"? I picked up deagh and droch in Beag air Bheag (do we meet them here later on perhaps?) and am not sure when to use them instead of math and dona.

Why is it "anns" rather than "ann"? In the Turkey? Sounds like Thanksgiving.
