Yes. In England and hence in English. Y Ddraig Goch, 'The Red Dragon' is frequently seen in Wales.

Note, if you thought lenition was unique to Gaelic, or to Gaelic and Irish, that dd is a lenited d and g is a lenited c, because Welsh dragons are feminine.

But I have not seen any dragons in Scotland. Are there any?
