When to use Mo and when to use agam ?

When referring to the possesive "my" - when should we use Mo and when should we use Agam ?

It's explained in a lot of detail in the following link, but essentially the difference is between if you have a very close personal relationship to it or are inseparable from it you use "mo", and anything else you use "agam". Although the water can be very muddy here.

For example mo bhèan for my wife. Or mo làimh.

But an càr agam.

etc
