"cha' boq cha', chen nuq?"

Translation:What is two plus two?

December 24, 2019

the boq sounds strange, like it's got an echo, and that makes the q sound a lot like a Q.

It doesn't look like this sentence has been recorded yet. Do you mean the single word tile or perhaps hovering over the word? It probably is boQ. The audio system doesn't recognize the q/Q difference and just plays the sound file for whichever one we tried to record last.

Yes, the single word.

Oh, that's annoying. I presume there's a duolingo bug for that already?

Very annoying. Thank you for being clear in your audio report, so it was easy to know what had happened.

My translation for this was, "What equals two plus two?" Both versions say the same thing, so I feel like there's a 50/50 split as to which one I'd use while I was trying to teach someone math.

Qov has added that variation.
