Hi duolingo - I used the support button to let you know that one of the questions did not have a record button for the click and record question making it impossible to do the question. It was just this one instance - the rest of the lesson and subsequent lessons worked fine. I got a response suggesting it may be a problem with flash etc etc. At the bottom it says let us know if it helps. I hit reply and kept getting the same automated response with a ticket # 11129. I tried using the ticket # as my question and it just gave me a new ticket # 11136. not sure how to get out of this loop and let you know how the problem was progressing - so I am posting it here. gracias
