You have probably learned a couple of words earlier than the lesson they are part of.

This is not uncommon, but I am not sure if it is a bug, or it is because some users have slightly different settings. When I unlocked the "Verb Modal" in my French tree, I had 3 out of four lessons completed. I have seen other users sending posts about similar situations.
