Fun fact: This sounded similar to what Dorothy says in the Wizard of Oz. I looked it up on wikipedia, and it seems that in Italian she says: "Non c'è posto più bello della propria casa".
More accurate would be "Non c'è nessun posto come casa."
Would "nowhere is like my home" be an acceptable translation?
Shouldn't "Nobody's place is like my house" be accepted?
Or "No ones place..." ?
It's funny how many of these words and idioms I already knew from setting my Facebook, iPod, and Google to Italian.....
