It's not so much her accent for me. It's more that she speaks very fast an kinda slurs her words.... I frequently get it wrong when it is her speaking.

Whenever it is "a Mhairead" I always think they are saying "Violet." I have reviewed the lesson enough now that I know it is NOT Violet. Lol. But that is what "Mhairead" sounds like to me. Chan eil fios agam!
