Because the Romans from the Classical Latin Period all died around 2000 years ago and no one survived to check your answer.

Or maybe because it's only a beta course and they haven't yet managed to add them - more likely, because they weren't able to use the usual text-to-speech engines in the course and all the speaking is real people, so, conversely, they weren't able to use the speech-to-text engines to check the speaking.

TTS engines are language specific, and "the usual" ones would not be suitable.

For the same reason that the audio consists of live recordings: there is no software (TTS or text-to-speech engine) available that processes Latin.
