"Tha mi fichead 's a h-aon."

Translation:I am twenty-one.

Are there anything else that context that would tell the difference between having 21 years and having 21 of something else?

Here we have I am 21 - tha mi fichead 's a h-aon - so we don't really need context to tell that this is about age. I have 21 would be "tha fichead 's a h-aon agam"
