Weekly Progress emails

How do I enable progress emails? I wasn’t active when I first downloaded it so the last progress email I received said they would stop sending them for a while due to inactivity. Well now I have been very active for over a week and I’m not receiving them. Couldn’t find a way to enable this feature in the app
