Website freezing after lesson
Anybody else having problems finishing a lesson? I 'm on Welsh P. Cael and everytime I finish a lesson the page is freezing and I have go back to the homepage. I tried Chrome and Bing so far.
Do you mean the grading (check button) after the last question) process is going wrong and stuck forever?
Is it an older Ipad with an older IOS installed?
What Google Chrome version do you have running?
Those "Check button lesson hanging" problems are not issues related to browsers and specific versions.
I do have those with Firefox V52.9.0esr and this is a new symptom on the website in 2020 and I can't remember that I ever have seen those issues in 2016-2018 or 2019.
Could be also related to League leaderboard..

There have been so many code updates to the web portal in 2019 and 2020.
These seem to require up-to-date operating systems and recent browser versions.

Do you have any better luck with Safari V12 / 13 or trying Microsoft Edge Legacy or the Chromium based new Edge version V79?
Or how about Firefox V69-70, V68esr or the newest versions V71-72?
I am still not convince that one of the issues on the web from December 2019 and January 2020 might not be related in running the very latest versions of Google Chrome V79 or Firefox V71-V72.
In the other (new) thread id 36389874 (recent / fixed issue from 03 February 2020) some people commented that they have been running Google Chrome V79 for good and that this also applies to Mozilla Firefox V71-72.

Have you submitted a bug report yet?
Make sure to include some details about the device, OS, browser, versions, etc.
Maybe it would make more sense to send bug reports if you know that someone on the other side will actually respond and help you in debugging the website / app with your device / installed software.
There is not that much benefit of a ticket id with any detail explanations if it will not be taken up by 2nd level support and no assistence from 3rd level developers from a company.
But you can at least indicate to staff that something with the last changes in x to y weeks time period gone horrible wrong (not) runnig on several devices.
