I hear a lot of "Yok canım","Olmaz öyle canım","Hadi canım!" in Turkish

I hear a lot of "Yok canım","Olmaz öyle canım","Hadi canım!" in Turkish but as far as I know canım means 'my dear, loved one'. So why Turkish people use it that way?

because turkish people use the word canım when they are surprised so don't worry :)

These words mean "I'm very surprised". "Canım" (*) is used to add sincerity to the word.

(*) my dear

It is kind of mocking. We say such words; as kardeşim, aslanım for example; in order to deny the fact said in a deriding way.

no wonder because people all over the world can use addresses like my dear darling
