Is "maxime probabiliter" an acceptable alternative to "probabilissime"? A quick search in Google suggests that it is, although I have never before seen a Latin superlative adverb formed with an auxiliary adverb. | And how about combining a modern informal English word with a Latin adverb, as in, "Quis est homo maxime nerdy?"? | Presumably you can say, "Quid est ens Romanissimum?" for "What is the most Roman thing?"
