«a' ghràineag» (lenited) because noun is feminine beginning with the consonants b, c, g, m, or p so needs a' + lenition. The definite article «an» before feminine nouns beginning with the letter f followed by a vowel - e.g. a word like «feòrag» - also requires lenition.
