What is the difference between ''feumaidh mi te eile'' and ''feumaidh mi fear eile?''

Can you tell me the difference between ''feumaidh mi te eile'' and ''feumaidh mi fear eile?''

In this context, both words mean "one", as in "I need another one", but fear is for when the object you need has the masculine gender grammatically, and te for when the object has the feminine gender.

"te" ..woman, "fear" ...man

It could mean that. But it generally means "I need another one".
