Is it possible the enhance the "strengthen skill" function ? I finished level 1 in spanish but strengthen skill is mostly very easy. It would be great if this function can be enhanced or is there another way to practice without entering the individual lessons and strengthen only specific skill ?

I like to use the "practice weakest words" function in the words list - I find it more accurately hones in on things I need work on.

Sadly the 'Words list' is a test function, and we don't all have that. :(

To petesky - if you are finding 'Strengthen skills' easy, then it's time to move on to the next lessons. Don't worry, if you keep going long enough it will get hard. You will find that the further down the tree you get, the less often the early skills come up for strengthening.

...i understand but at the moment i see some words disappear from my current vocabulary. It would be great if overall strengthen skill will cover more recent stuff. In fact it will mostly use the very basic sentences afaik...but let's see what comes next.

...btw. also weakest words are mostly to simple. At the moment, i'm only level 1 in spanish and before entering next level, i try to be as good as possible but neither overall strengthen skill nor practice weakest words will cover whole finished skills. ... you always have to enter each skill to strengthen them lesson by lesson.

I wouldn't worry so much. If you are finding it easy then move on. It's not as if you will never see the words again, they will come up for strengthening later when they need to.

I'm not understanding what you are saying. There's the "strengthen" button in each skill, and then the overall button on the right side of the main tree. That seems to strengthen, at most, two skills at once, though you may get coverage of four or five skills at a time.

The overall strengthen skill will mostly use the basics. Only sometimes you get more comprehensive questions. It should be more combined with weakest words.

In the beginning, yes. But, my tree is completed now, and I get the harder skills (subjunctive, past perfect, etc.).

A function like "mark word" may will be a good idea to enhance skills concerning words you may have problem with..?

Agreed. There's a lot of vocab-related things that I would like to see improved. But, we'll see what Duolingo does (still wondering what the Teams feature they talked about a few months ago is).
