What is the Scottish Gaelic word for commune? Is it cumanta?
Cumanta appears to mean average/common..
I'd suggest comann / co-chomann
But of course I had to look that up and check in faclair.com myself.
Similar to Irish:
In Irish, “cumann” means “association” e.g. Cumann Luthchleas Gael i.e. the Gaelic Athletic Association.
