Translation:Tha Màiri dìreach a' tighinn.

Since dìreach (just) is an adverb here, just like fhathast (still) and cuideachd (also), what justifies the different position of this word in the sentence?

For example: Mairi is just coming translates to Tha Màiri dìreach a' tighinn.

Mairi is also coming -> Tha Màiri a' tighinn cuideachd.

Mairi is still coming -> Tha Màiri a' tighinn fhathast.

Tapadh leibh.
