I havent gotten to "mo" yet, but found it by playing with Google's translation app; can i safely assume that m' is an abbreviation for "mo" in this instance?

Yes, mo changes to m’ before vowels (as in this instance).

It is interesting that "eudail" used as a noun means darling, and as an adjective it means jealous
