"Cuin a tha e? Madainn a-màireach."

Translation:When is it? Tomorrow morning.

Would "Cuin am bidh e?" be acceptable (or even usual) here?

Unfortunately the future is a bit complicated after words like cuin:

Cuin a bhios e?

So although there is no good reason for not using the future, you will have to wait until you have learnt how to. But the present is fine, just as in English.
