Immersion tab vanished

This seems to have started when I began learning Dutch. However, it has affected all the languages I'm learning. I can still access immersion by using the url, but I would like to see the tab back. Thanks :)

[Edit] The support tab on the side of the screen's also vanished.

Thanks for the report, we'll have this fixed soon. Until then, refreshing after returning to one of the original languages should bring back both the Immersion tab and the support tab.

Thanks! Just to make sure it's clear - currently even using the work around to get the Immersion tab to display doesn't actually make the link work (for me at least). When I click the tab while in Dutch, nothing happens at all. If I type the translations URL in directly, it pulls up a blank page which only displays the header and footer. Appreciate the quick response!

Dutch Immersion is not currently available - which is why the tab disappears. The bug that currently exists is that when you swap out of Dutch to another language, the Immersion tab doesn't reappear.

Oh ok gotcha! I was a little mixed up. Thanks

That's odd. It seems to work for me, and the upload document button's working (at least, I can select whether the translation is commercial or non-commercial: haven't tried to actually upload a document). Also thanks for the quick respnose bchan :)

Try refreshing. There seems to be a bug where the settings from the previously selected course carry over unless you manually refresh or revisit the site. Same thing happens with the support tab, although why it's set to hide with the Dutch course I'm not sure.

Ah! That worked (refreshed, switched to Spanish, refreshed). Immersion and support tabs are back, and are even there for Dutch. Thank you so much :D.

I started with English-Danish (no immersion) but later added German-English (there should be immersion), but I have never seen that button or tab, no matter how many times I refresh. And when I go to "http://www.duolingo.com/translations" I get an error 404 page...

My best guess is that Dutch doesn't have any documents/webpages to translate at the moment.

It doesn't yet (checking with the url). But the tab's gone on all my languages, not just Dutch.

I've just checked and it's happened to me as well. Not sure why but I suppose it will come back at some point.

Any idea when there may be translations for Dutch? Is it just because it's beta that there's no translation? I guess that since 99% of the Dutch (or at least Hollanders) speak flawless english there may be some issues finding documents that need to be translated?

Looking at the immersion tab (when it's there), no-one's uploaded a document yet. But you seem to be able to upload them: it's probably that no-one's gone far enough in their tree yet.

When I enter "www.duolingo.com/translations" in the browser (clicking the link when it is displayed does nothing) only displays the header and footer and nothing in the middle of the screen. Do you see an "Upload" button like in other languages?

It looks exactly the same as the other languages, except without any documents uploaded yet. I even seem to be able to upload documents…

[Edit] This is what I see in Immersion.
