I have missed the "tuo" vs "suo" audio about a dozen times. She says it like "tsuo", so you can nver be sure...

Literally says "last name" as a suggestion and then says that first name is correct

The speaker's saying "il suo" if she's saying anything at all. This happens too often to simply be annoying.
