Ciné should be accepted as well as cinéma

Not really. Ciné works as an alternative to cinéma mostly when talking about a movie theater, rarely for cinema as a form of art or entertainment.

Why is it "soixante" insteadt of "soixantes"?

Numbers are invariable, except "vingt" in "quatre-vingts" and "cent" in "deux cents, trois cents...".

Would Brigette Bardot be considered "60's french cinema?"

Why doesn't soixante change to be plural?
