How do I submit a help ticket to tech support?
I can't track my students' progress. Every single one of my students is currently at 0 which I do not believe is accurate. I uploaded a post here over a week ago and many other educators were having the same issue.
As far as I can tell, this forum is the only place to come for "help" but it is increasingly obvious that no-one from Duolingo actually looks at any of these discussions.
Is there anywhere else I can go to get tech support with Duolingo's product?

It is true that Duolingo staff doesn't monitor these forums per se, but Educators do, and Educators can and do communicate with staff.
