Student work not appearing in Teacher Dashboard

I have a student who shows zero work in my class - even if I ask the spreadsheet to show xps from all time, yet she works every day and has many "gold" units. We checked her "progress sharing" and our class shows up there and her name is in my list. We checked the userID and it is the same. We went to the play store (android phone) and did an update. I don't know what else to try! If someone can check it out, I'd be glad to share her ID privately, and our class code if necessary. Help!!

I had this issue and I asked the student to remove himself from the class in the “progress sharing” section. Then log off the app and close it. Re open the app, logon, and then rejoin the class. It fixed it. Let me know if it works for you?


Did they still have all their work? Student is concerned about losing all her "gold"


Her progress is stored on Duolingo's servers, not on her device, so she doesn't need to worry about that. As long as she signs back in to the same account, her progress will still be there.


Is this different from you removing them from the class in the dashboard?


The family couldn't find a way to remove her. I removed her from my end, but they send me a screenshot of the page with the "Classroom Code" and I don't see anything either - just a blue bar that says "JOIN CLASS"


While you try to figure it out, have your student send you screen shots of their "congratulations" screen.

I know that there is one phone which is buggy, but I don't remember which one right now.

I will report this for you on the Educator's Network to get some more eyes on it. Hang tight.
