You probably know that in french we don't say how are you? but how are you going?. (Comment vas-tu ? or comment ça va ?) The same goes for that sentence, we say Tout va bien (everything is fine) and tout ira bien for everything will be fine.
I think the english phrase, then, could easily be: "If you follow the recipe, I think everything will go fine." It's accurate and makes sense.
Or everything will go well.
