Assignments in STUDENT view!

I have posted several assignments and they are NOT showing up in the student view - i.e. the students are logged in with the code I gave them and come to what is (supposed) to be the correct screen but they assignments are missing! Any help? THANK YOU! PS Duolingo, if you are monitoring - please don't send the 'where are my assignments link'. It is a useless document. So frustrating - I thought Duolingo would be a great tool in our new online environment but the help 'provided' is sub par.
PSS SOME of my students can see their assignments! Why is this?

First of all, check your classroom to make sure that all the students are there. If they are not, send them your classroom code again and tell them to click on the blue silhouette in the upper right, scroll down to settings, and then click on progress sharing. Then they can enter the code. You will need to click on the assignment and click on "assign to new student" after they join.

If they are already in your class, then just tell them what the assignment is. You will see their progress, so it's not really a big deal.

There is a bit of a lag right now with progress showing up, probably due to the high volume. Just take a deep breath and know that this too shall pass. Besides, it's a good excuse to keep reaching out to your students, right? "Sorry to bother you with another e-mail, but I wanted to remind you what the assignment is. And by the way, I miss you." You know they want to hear that from you. ;)
