Completed lessons showing up as not completed
Hello, I have a few parents emailing me that their child is completing lessons but it comes up as not completed. This has been going on for a few weeks now and I'm not sure how to correct it.
Is it one particular assignment that is not showing up as complete? There has been a lag lately, so you might way a day before putting in grades.
Second question: Is the student using a computer or a phone? One of the phones has a bug.
While you wait for the resolution, have the student send you screen shots of their progress.

I've been having the same issue for my Spanish classes, I have 4 Spanish classes and students are emailing me letting me know that this problem has been going on for weeks now. Duolingo, is there any solution. Assignments also go to a stage of "pending" for hours and I have to go back and manually assign only to have another lag time. This wasn't ever an issue.
