Is this a polite form of asking for something at a restaurant?

A polite way to ask for something in French is Je voudrais...s'il vous plaît. Voudrais is the conditional of vouloir, but it corresponds to the English "I would like".

"This one and that one" is celui-/celle-ci et celui-/celle-là, depending on whether the thing is masculine (celui) or feminine (celle).
