If I am translating a woman who says I went to the zoo, shouldn't there be an extra e because she is talking in the first person?
Absolurely, and it should be accepted.
→ Hier, je suis allée au zoo avec mes enfants.
I left out the comma. Is that really essential? My answer was marked incorrect.
I am a 10 years old child and children!!!!!!!!!!
And yet it was marked wrong. Crazy. It marks it right on many other instances. As it should.
