Anyone having problems with their duo lingo app?

Two days ago I lost my duo lingo app from y iPad. The icon is still there. But when I tap it the green duo lingo screen comes up then crashes. I have accessed this version through a link in a duo lingo email. The version looks very different from my app version. Also it is slow and hesitates.

The iPad app is different to the android phone app and different to the desktop version.

My advice would be:

Just delete the app on iPad and reinstall it again. Your progress is saved anyway.

Just did that and it worked. And it saved my progress. Thanks!

I have the app on my nook tablet and kept getting the "there has been an error, try again later" message, or I'd get "having trouble connecting with duolingo, try later". This was a couple of days ago, and I haven't tried it again, since.

I had the same problem whilst staying at my sisters I think it was just her slow broadband.

I am having performance problems. If I am translating a document the system gets progressively slower. The computer's activity monitor shows lots of network and disk i/o activity. No other app has the same problem. My broadband speed is excellent. I am using Firefox as the Web Browser. Has anybody else experienced this problem?
