Only you can

I'm getting a strange translation for "Only you can" in V. Present "Seulment tu peux" was marked as wrong and the correct answers were "Seulment toi, peut" and "Seulment vous, pouvez" These answers seem wrong to me, can anybody explain why these would make sense?

"Seulement tu peux" should be considered right. Next time feedback on it. Seulement toi peut" "is wrong for several reasons: toi is not the subjectform, but tu, peut is with il/elle and where doe the comma's fit in?
