Quelle est la difference entre "tout ce que" et "quel que soit" quand on veut dire "whatever" en anglais ?

Tout ce que (tu veux) Everything (you want)
Quel que soit (ce que tu en penses) Whatever (you think about it)

tout ce que = all this / that (Everything) that.. Tout, tout.

quel que soit = what that is. (whatever is / regardless of..) Que sera, sera..

I would translate quel que soit as “that that may be” or even “what that may be”, since soit is subjunctive.
